Sevilla

Sevilla (Seville) is a pretty flat city. The Guadalquivir river flows through the city and kind of folds over itself so that there are actually two waterways in the middle of the city. There are running/biking paths on both sides of both rivers for running.

Madrid

There are two places I found to run while in Madrid, both slightly outside El Centro (we stayed in Salamanca). The first was the best – El Retiro Park.
